I couldn’t eat anything at breakfast due to my allergies and the manager got the chef to cook me a seperate special breakfast based on my allergies where I could also choose what I wanted. plus 24 hour reception, amazing service, room service is so cheap and good too

The room was super comfy but a bit smaller than I expected but that was alright as I was travelling alone and don't need too much space. The location was right in the centre of Kuta with ample of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The beach was a 15 min walk which was ideal. Great value for money and the breakfast was also nice. They have a late checkout which is super convenient.

i really like how the hotel keep and maintain the good standard as i really like the clean and cozy hotel as i have asthma and my asthma will getting worse if the place is not clean and cozy. kind and helpful staff, they even looking the best tour list and facilities that this hotel offer to support my holiday as per my limited budgets. fyi this is my 2nd visit and the first ones when it was still in the pandemic and now Bali more people to come and nice. the safety is also great. the room has Kiblat position if you are Moslem like me. I ordered the superior room only and i love high so i was at the 3rd floor. the room has refrigerators would make me love this hotel. the restaurant for breakfast are on rooftop and the restaurant are also at the front of the hotel near the lobby. thank you as I really enjoy my staying there ❤️👍🥰😊😍😘😘😊❤️❤️the staff even allowed me to have late check out as the prayer time is 12.20 PM while the check out time is 12 PM. so i can have my Zhuhur prayer first before check out 🙏❤️😘

Great amenities and services, and I felt like I was getting a really good deal for what I paid for. The rooms were very comfortable and I had a great rest every night.
